Self-Care

If you're in here, you're stressed. Like, really friggin' "WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE OUT OF MUFFINS!?! I WILL BURN THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND!" stressed. It's ok, so are the rest of us. 

I won't get into the reasons because I feel like I'd need to put a trigger warning in here and this is supposed to be a safe space. The point is that you have to practice self-care. You have to find ways to deal with the stress so you're not yelling at the barista and not burning out for the fight that we all have to be in right now.
